Return & Exchange Policy
How Returns & Exchanges Work:
- For eligible purchases, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and accompanied by your receipt.
- You can bring your eligible item(s) to any of our warehouses for a return or exchange.
Returns for Courier-Delivered Purchases
If your order was delivered by courier, please contact our Customer Service team to start your return process.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on large items, such as headboards and bedframes, except for mattresses.
Mattress Returns
- Adjusting to a new mattress can take some time. That’s why we offer a 100-night trial period on all mattresses.
- We ask that you try your mattress for at least 21 days before requesting a return or exchange. If you’re still not satisfied after this period, we’ll be happy to help you find a better fit.
Refunds & Exchange Payments
- Refunds and exchange balances will be issued to you in the original form of payment.
- If you choose to exchange for an item of greater value, you’ll simply pay the difference.
Damaged Items
- If any part of your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
